Description:
As an HR Assistant Intern, you will provide essential support to the Human Resources department, helping with various administrative tasks and assisting with the overall HR functions within the organization. This role will give you valuable hands-on experience in the HR field, and you'll have the opportunity to learn about various aspects of human resources management.
Responsibilities:-
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company career websites.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates to coordinate the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems.
Onboarding Assistance:
- Assist in preparing new hire documentation and orientation materials.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Help with the completion of new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies.
Employee Record Management:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist with filing, organizing, and archiving HR documents and records.
Employee Benefits and HR Programs:
- Help employees with basic inquiries related to benefits and HR policies.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and wellness programs.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and enrollment processes.
HR Compliance and Policy Support:
- Assist in ensuring company policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
- Help with compliance-related tasks such as workplace posters and required documentation.
- Participate in HR audits to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
Employee Relations Support:
- Assist in resolving minor employee issues and forwarding complex matters to HR management.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting open communication.
Miscellaneous HR Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR as needed.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and other HR-related tasks.
- Participate in HR meetings and take minutes when required.
Requirements:-
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
3 Months Internship at the end get a Experience Certificate and chances to be permanent based on Performance.
