Human Resources Business Partner

Description:

You will act as a trusted consultant and partner to the EVP-1 International Sales team across all aspects of talent planning and management. Additionally responsible for the cross-functional talent agenda for those countries within international scope including; UAE & Saudi Arabia.

Reporting to the VP, of International Human Resources, the role works in partnership with multiple senior leaders, as well as partnering with the Functional HRBP team and HR Centers of Expertise (COE’s) to define needs, co-create talent solutions and provide business lens input to the development of people strategies.

You will be accountable for providing strategic and operational advice and recommendations to the business leaders on a range of HR matters including talent retention and development, workforce planning, organizational design, strategic initiatives, leadership development and pipelining and diversity and inclusion. Driving innovative solutions to a variety of business/talent problems and leading the development of new initiatives in support of the business talent agenda.
