Description:
The Consultant – Human Resources will be responsible for initiating, planning, organizing, managing and ensuring the effective running of all Human Resource activities at The company, including HR Strategy, employee relations, talent management, compensation & benefits, payroll, Ethics and compliance, recruitment and manpower plan, learning and development, performance management and in accordance with URED vision and overall strategies and business objectives.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
-Knowledge:
• Knowledge of Strategic HR functions.
• Knowledge of developing HR Department Budget.
• Strong exposure to Organizational Development, including assessment centres, aptitude and psychometric tests, Learning and Development principles and theories.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law.
• Strong understanding of Human Resources processes, practices, and policies of KSA.
• Recognized HR certification, such as CIPD, SHRM, CHRM.
• Certified KPI Professional, or strong working knowledge of KPI development and performance management preferred.
• Master or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, or similar.
-Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the Human Resources field.
• Wholistic HR Consultant experience.
-Skills:
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Decision Making Skills.
• Organizing & Planning Skills.
• Leadership Skills.
• Financial Acumen.
• Knowledge of ATS, recruitment software an advantage.
• Strong Management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple expectations and stakeholders.
