As a Human Resources Executive, you will be a vital contributor to our HR functions, focusing on supporting and enhancing the workplace environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Oversee the recruitment process, tailoring it to attract top talent within Abu Dhabi.
- Manage the onboarding of new employees, ensuring local compliance and seamless integration.
- Act as a local point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring a positive work culture.
- Address and resolve conflicts in adherence to Abu Dhabi labor regulations.
- Implement performance appraisal processes, aligning with local expectations.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans within the Abu Dhabi context.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure strict compliance with Abu Dhabi labor laws and company policies.
- Update and maintain employee handbooks, policies, and procedures in line with local regulations.
- Training and Development:
- Identify local training needs and coordinate development programs relevant to the Abu Dhabi workforce.

Qualifications and Skills:
