Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team. This role will support the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for enhancing employee engagement within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Conduct orientation and onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
Performance Management:
- Assist in developing performance appraisal systems and processes.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management and coaching.
- Monitor employee performance and recommend development plans as necessary.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
Policy Implementation:
- Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Support the administration of payroll and benefits programs.
- Assist in conducting market research to ensure competitive compensation practices.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on HR activities for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
