Human Resources Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR professional to join our group. As an integral member of our team, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, and HR strategy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the culture and people strategy across our diverse portfolio of companies.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the overall business strategy and promote a positive work culture.

· Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent across various roles and levels, projects within the organization.

· Identify staffing needs, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions and keeping the backups for urgent requirements.

· Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

· Oversee employee onboarding and off boarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.

· Collaborate with leadership to design and implement talent development initiatives, including training programs, career paths, and succession planning.

· Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, incentive plans, and employee wellness initiatives as per UAE labor law.

· Stay abreast of HR trends, very well versed with UAE labor law, payroll and over time calculation.

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

2. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic HR management and business partnership.

3. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

4. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

5. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
