Human Resources Executive

 

Description:

-Oversee the entire hiring process, including finding, screening, interviewing, and employing candidates.

-Work with hiring managers to create job criteria and descriptions.

-To draw in top talent, use a variety of recruitment channels, such as networking, social media, and job boards.

-Serve as a reliable resource for managers and staff on HR-related issues.

-Respond promptly to employee concerns and grievances.

-Assist with goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions as part of the performance management process.

-Offer direction and guidance on performance-related matters.

-Keep up-to-date personnel records in HR databases.

-Create HR-related analytics and reports for management's consideration.

-Manage the staff attendance & payroll processing

-Help with HR initiatives and projects, including compliance audits, employee surveys, and policy creation.

-Maintain adherence to employment rules and regulations, stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

Requirements-

-A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, or a similar discipline.

-Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in the field

-Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities,

-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps.

-Familiarity with UAE employment laws and rules.
