Hiring Human Resources Generalist Arabic Speaker to join Us
Responsibilities
- Support the HR manager in creating and managing a workforce. Support and facilitate the implementation of business structure reorganization to reach company Goals.
- Ensure compliance with local law and company policy. Communicate and implement changes to HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR Manager with organizational development.
- Browse, search and screen for qualified job candidates to close available vacancies using various recruitment sources.
- Interview applicants based on the assigned job descriptions and position requirements. Then transfer the applicant who passed the HCM interview to the technical interview and follow up on the results accordingly.
- Support in preparing the employee performance evaluation cycle
- Prepared the Performance Improvement Plans, and recommended training sessions for employees with weaknesses in their evaluation.
- Handle employee inquiries and assist in its closure.
- Prepare reports and make the needed analysis and report it to the HR Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business administration or HR (Master’s is preferred).
- At least 2 years’ experience in the UAE and total experience of 5 years in HR.
- Well-knowledge in organizational development.
- Flexibility to work inside and outside the office.
- Advance in Microsoft Office.
- Well-knowledge in HRIS.
