Human Resources Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, and overseeing the performance management process.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in UAE
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Management or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
