Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Be able to provide complete modules consulting support, and promote the effective operation of recruitment, salary, performance appraisal and staff training. Provide sufficient human resources support and talent guarantee.
2. Formulating, signing, and managing contracts and social welfare to ensure that employees (local and foreign employees) comply with local laws and regulations.
3. Analyze the current situation of personnel to help leaders to make timely and correct decisions.
4. Understand the business situation of each department, provide guidance for the performance appraisal of each department, and supervise the appraisal process.
5. Assist the business department in building a sustainable talent structure and assist the HQ in training to jointly promote talent development.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree and above.
2.5 to 10 years of experience in human resource management or HRBP.Familiar with local labor laws.
3.Familiar with human resource planning;Talent recruitment and allocation;Employee training and development;Performance management;C&B ect.
3. Be able to work under high pressure.
4.Outgoing and easy to communicate.
5.Arabic is preferred.
