Requirements and skills:

• Proven working experience as HR Manager with min. 5 years.
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Knowledge of HR systems, software and databases
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skill
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant experience
