Description:
Manager, Human Resources II serves as a liaison between employees and managers providing human resources consultation and support to a designated business unit. This role will also support office management responsibilities for our locations in Dubai and Riyadh.
This position will serve our MEA Division, located in Dubai, supporting our employees throughout the region.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Human Resources
- Provides consultative guidance and coaching to managers and employees on human resources-related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.
- Conducts employee orientations and implements organizational and employee development, workforce or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies. This includes management of the Talent Review and annual Merit process
- Provide guidance on Company compensation and benefit programs, including benchmarking with market.
- Manage all locally-required employee visas, labour cards and other required compliances across the region (with the support of subcontract service providers where applicable).
- Partner with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, ensure compliance laws, standards and other government regulations.
- Manage minimum Emiratization and Saudization (including Saudi customs “localization” requirements).
- Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations and provide guidance to the company on changes therein and compliance recommendations.
- Administers human resource plans and procedures for organization personnel.
- Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.
- Manages recruitment effort for all employees; conducts new-employee orientations; supports career-pathing program; and writes and places advertisements.
- Responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and civil rights complaints.
- Maintain human resource information and provides reports where required.
- Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed and to communicate MEA HR activities.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 7+ years’ experience exempt level Human Resources experience in a multinational company
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a matrix team environment.
