Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of local experience in the HR field within a reputable restaurant and possess a thorough well aware of UAE labour law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive recruitment by hiring the best calibers and implementing HR Policies
- Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process with a focus on efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as HR Manager for at least 3 years in reputable restaurants in Dubai.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labour law
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
