• Familiarity w/ UAE labor law and CB UAE regulations affecting HR
• Familiarity w/ International HR regulations

• 5+ years of relevant experience in HR

Ability to clearly and accurately analyze, interpret and communicate relevant and complex information

Good networking, influencing & negotiating skills.

Ability to assess risk & identify pragmatic solutions

Ability to work with and present data in a meaningful way to find root causes and develop effective plans.

Excellent communication skills

Ability to lead, motivate and collaborate with other teams

Ability to interact and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment.
