As part of this journey, we have been tasked to appoint an HR Manager who can take the lead in building their HR function from scratch and contribute to their long-term success.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on creating and implementing HR strategies and making a meaningful impact.

The role is based in Dubai hence the individual will need to have good knowledge on UAE labour laws.

Responsibilities will include:

• HR Planning: Ensuring the business has the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.
• Performance Management: Helping employees reach their full potential.
• Employee Relations: Creating a positive and inclusive workplace where everyone feels supported.
• Talent Acquisition: Attracting and hiring the best talent to drive the business forward.
• Learning & Development: To help employees grow and succeed.
• Policies & Procedures: Setting up the systems and guidelines that keep the business running smoothly.
• Office Administration: Supporting day-to-day operations to keep everything on track.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for the following:

• At least 7 years of HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record in HR strategy and office management.
• Solid understanding of UAE labour laws.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
