Tal al Wathba Transport and General Contracting is looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team at our Al Wathbah location. In this full-time, on-site role, you will oversee recruitment, training, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. You'll collaborate with management to develop HR policies and procedures, manage employee benefits, and resolve any employee issues.
Key Qualifications:
Expertise in recruitment, training, and employee relations
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor laws and HR policies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Experience in conflict resolution and employee engagement
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
