Hiring for Human Resources Specialist
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
2. Employee Relations and outsource agent’s management:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Managing the outsourced agents for manpower, including payroll, attendance, payment, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, 3-5 working experience
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Having outsourcing agent’s management skills is a plus point.
