Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop, implement, and manage HR policies in compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations.

✅ Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring competitive and compliant offerings.

✅ Manage recruitment processes with speed and efficiency, ensuring a quick turnaround in hiring top talent.

✅ Handle onboarding, performance evaluations, and personnel administration.

✅ Provide strategic support in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture enhancement.

✅ Ensure adherence to company policies, fostering a productive and positive work environment.

✅ Work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

✔️ MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field.

✔️ Proven expertise in HR management, policies, and personnel administration.

✔️ Strong recruitment skills with a focus on hiring efficiently and effectively.

✔️ Deep understanding of employee benefits programs and UAE labor laws.

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.

✔️ Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle confidential matters with discretion.

✔️ Knowledge of industrial applications related to wire mesh products (preferred).
