Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Conducting recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Managing onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
- Administering employee benefits programs and addressing inquiries related to benefits.
- Handling employee relations, addressing concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Coordinating and conducting training programs for staff development.
- Managing performance appraisal processes and providing feedback to employees.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Overseeing employee records and maintaining accurate HR databases.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Managing employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive work culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a deep understanding of HR best practices.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) usage.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
