Independent Legal Consultant

Description:

Manage various legal matters, offer expert legal advice, draft and review contracts, and represent clients in legal proceedings. A strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail will be vital for this role.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law

• Valid license to practice law in Dubai

• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE laws and regulations

• Proven experience in drafting and reviewing contracts

• Strong skills in litigation and legal research

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
