Location: Abu Dhabi

Salary: 5,000 – 8,000 AED per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Arabic Speaking Indoor Sales and Customer Service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Arabic, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer service. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive experience and will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
