Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Creator/Influencer Manager. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, managing relationships with creators, and strategizing to maximize the impact of our brand through collaborations.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy:

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.

Creator Onboarding:

  • Identify and onboard influencers and creators who align with the brand's values and target audience.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring all parties are aligned on deliverables and expectations.

Creative Ideation:

  • Collaborate with creators to brainstorm and develop engaging content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to creators to enhance the quality and effectiveness of content.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators, acting as the main point of contact throughout campaigns.
  • Address concerns and troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure smooth collaboration.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Use data to measure ROI and evaluate the success of each collaboration.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, social media, and PR, to ensure influencer campaigns align with broader brand initiatives.
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure content meets brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in influencer marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and influencer landscapes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
