We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Creator/Influencer Manager. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, managing relationships with creators, and strategizing to maximize the impact of our brand through collaborations.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy:
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
Creator Onboarding:
- Identify and onboard influencers and creators who align with the brand's values and target audience.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring all parties are aligned on deliverables and expectations.
Creative Ideation:
- Collaborate with creators to brainstorm and develop engaging content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
- Provide guidance and feedback to creators to enhance the quality and effectiveness of content.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators, acting as the main point of contact throughout campaigns.
- Address concerns and troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure smooth collaboration.
Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Use data to measure ROI and evaluate the success of each collaboration.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, social media, and PR, to ensure influencer campaigns align with broader brand initiatives.

Qualifications:
