Information Technology Executive

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations ensuring that all IT systems and equipment are running smoothly. This role will involve coordinating IT projects, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting the restaurants with hardware and software needs, and ensuring our IT environment's proper maintenance and security.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of work experience preferably in hospitality sector
• Proficiency in POS, Micros, Microsoft 365, GoDaddy, MS Office, Google Workspace
• Familiarity with network administration, operating system (Windows and MacOS)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of audio-visual technologies and systems is a plus
