Description:
We are hiring Information Technology Help Desk/Service Help Desk with 2-3 years of work experience and residing in UAE. Immediate joiners only.
- Basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues across various platforms (Windows, Mac, Etc), ensuring compliance with IT security protocols.
- Setting up and configuring computer hardware and software according to company standards and procedures.
- Troubleshooting technical problems, escalating complex issues with senior IT staff or vendors
- Documenting and maintaining records of user’s request, issues and resolutions.
- Experience in IT migration projects, including the use of migration tools and methodologies.
- Experience in managing two domains trust relationship projects and deploying new system images securely.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy for managing user accounts and permissions
- Ability to execute domain migration projects efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Managing user accounts, permissions and providing access to various IT systems and applications
- On-site support availability during standard business hours (8 hours x 5 days).
- Maintain the confidentiality of all client data and systems they access.
- Escalating complex technical issues promptly to senior IT staff while maintaining clear communication channel.
- Adherence to SLAs for response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction metrics.

- Flexibility for occasional off-hours support as needed, with prior arrangement and agreement.
