Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our Dealer Management System (DMS) projects. This role involves managing large-scale projects and accounts, with potential involvement in additional product management as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large DMS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and documentation, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.
- Manage project resources effectively, including team members and external vendors.
- Travel across the GCC as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a senior project manager specifically for dealer management systems (DMS), with a proven track record in managing large, well-known DMS brands.
- Detailed knowledge of projects managed, including the specific DMS brands worked with.
- Ability to travel across the GCC region and possess a valid driver's license that allows driving in the UAE.
