Position: Inside Sales Executive
Relevant Experience: 3+ Years.
Work from office.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities in the assigned territory or industry segment.
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of our products/services.
- Understand customer needs, requirements, and pain points to propose appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and client interactions, using CRM software.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive customer engagement and product improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Executive, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 3-5 years in inside sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Experience with IT solutions, software, or technology products is highly desirable.
