Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing leads, and supporting our field sales team. You will be responsible for promoting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related solutions to prospects and customers, helping them understand the value of these business applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify potential clients for Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform) through research, inbound leads, cold calls, emails, and networking.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the field sales team to nurture leads, schedule product demonstrations, and follow up on sales opportunities. Assist in building client relationships and progressing deals through the sales funnel.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related technologies, to effectively communicate their value propositions to prospects.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing. Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Client Communication:
- Proactively communicate with potential clients to understand their business needs and how Seer Dynamics' solutions can address them. Develop customized pitches to address specific challenges and opportunities.
Market Intelligence:
- Keep an eye on market trends, competition, and the Microsoft ecosystem to provide strategic insights and improve sales tactics.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales efforts. Coordinate with technical teams for product demos and solution deep-dives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B technology sales, with a focus on software solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP/CRM platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
