Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to HR managers, directors, and decision-makers at companies to introduce our recruitment services.
- Build Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients over the phone, understand their recruitment needs.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential companies and decision-makers to target, using online tools and databases.
- Sales Pitching: Present our services in a clear and persuasive manner, aiming to schedule meetings or calls with senior management.
- CRM Management: Record client information, track interactions, and manage follow-ups in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to ensure smooth handover of leads and support business development efforts.
- Achieve Targets: Work towards individual and team targets for lead generation, meetings, and conversions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients confidently. Preferred native English speaker/native Arabic speaker.
- Goal-Oriented: Motivated by sales targets and eager to achieve personal and team goals.
- Quick Learner: Ability to pick up new concepts quickly and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
