Platinum Insurance Brokers LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Renewal Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, particularly in General, Medical, and Motor insurance, with a comprehensive understanding of the UAE market. The Renewal Coordinator will be responsible for managing the renewal process efficiently, ensuring timely renewals, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Renewal Management: Coordinate and oversee the renewal process for General, Medical, and Motor insurance policies.
- Client Communication: Interact with clients to gather necessary information for renewals and address any queries or concerns they may have.
- Policy Review: Review existing policies to identify areas for improvement and ensure clients have adequate coverage.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of renewal activities and client communications.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and insurance providers to facilitate smooth renewal processes.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the renewal process.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze renewal data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience working with UAE insurance brokers.
- Comprehensive knowledge of General, Medical, and Motor insurance products and services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and insurance providers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance-related software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
