Interior Designer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working on high-end residential, hospitality, and F&B projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating concepts, mood boards, and design drawings, with strong presentation and communication skills. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the latest innovations and materials in the market, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Premiere or any video editing software, Photoshop, and 3D Max/Sketchup/Revit. In addition, the candidate should have experience in creating and editing videos, be responsible for the design process from concept initiation to completion, have high organizational skills, and work on generating schedules and specification sheets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts and mood boards for high-end residential, hospitality, and F&B projects
• Create detailed design drawings and specification sheets
• Develop and present presentations to clients and stakeholders
• Manage and lead the design process from concept initiation to completion
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet project requirements and budget constraints
• Stay current on the latest innovations and materials in the market
• Utilize AutoCAD, Adobe Premiere or any video editing software, Photoshop, and 3D Max/Sketchup/Revit to create and edit videos and visualizations
• Generate schedules and specification sheets
• Maintain high organizational skills

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Strong conceptual thinking and design skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Deep understanding of the latest innovations and materials in the market
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Premiere or any video editing software, Photoshop, and 3D Max/Sketchup/Revit
• Experience working on high-end residential, hospitality, and F&B projects
• Ability to manage and lead the design process from concept initiation to completion
• High organizational skills
• Availability to work full-time
