Eminent Interiors, a leading interior decoration company based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, is seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about creating stunning commercial and residential spaces, have a keen eye for detail, and excel in 3D rendering, shop drawings, and mood boards, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D renderings and arrange shop drawings for various projects.
• Develop mood boards and suggest samples that align with client requirements and project themes.
• Design and arrange furniture layouts for commercial and residential projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D renderings and completed projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Knowledge of materials, furniture, and architectural elements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
