Internal Audit Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor responsible for conducting a range of internal audits (Revenue Assurance, Procurement to Pay, HR, Finance, Quality Assurance, and Compliance) with expertise in data analytics using tools such as ACL, IDEA, SQL, etc.

The ideal candidate should carry out assigned audits/special projects from start to finish with minimal supervision, demonstrating a strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to working outside of standard office hours as needed.

Solid knowledge of risk management, internal controls, and internal auditing principles is crucial, along with managerial courage to confront challenging issues with suitable responses and present findings and recommendations at various organizational levels.

Responsibilities:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in:

• Planning, executing, and reporting on diverse internal audits.
• Conducting risk assessments and developing Risk and Controls Matrices.
• Identifying revenue enhancement and cost optimization opportunities.
• Conducting special reviews.
• Independently writing and delivering comprehensive internal audit reports.
• Conducting data analytics on various data sets using tools such as ACL, IDEA, SQL, etc., to support audit findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Qualification as a CA, ACCA, CPA, MBA, with preferred additional certifications like CIA and CFE.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong skills in report writing, organization, analysis, and project management.
