Hiring International Sales Executive (b2b events/exhibitions industry only)

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage effectively with clients, potential clients, and relevant authorities through phone and email communication.
- Formulate and execute a daily sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proactively identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, leveraging cold calling, networking, and social media channels.
- Generate leads and actively engage in cold calling efforts.
- Establish direct communication lines with clients, both verbally and written.
- Drive negotiations with clients to secure advantageous terms and close deals.
- Provide weekly reports detailing closed sales performance and forecasted sales pipeline.
- Design and present comprehensive presentations on the company’s products and services.
- Promptly address and resolve client issues or complaints.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Tailor product and service recommendations based on individual client needs.
- Scout for new business avenues, exploring new markets and opportunities.
- Maintain a current understanding of company offerings and services.
- Represent the company in various events, exhibitions, or conferences, focusing on networking opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with team members to optimize sales strategies and results.
- Collect and relay feedback from clients or potential clients to the internal teams for product and service enhancements.
- Consistently achieve and surpass designated sales targets. Preferable experience with international exhibition companies.
