Madison Pearl has been mandated by a distinguished regional asset manager based in DIFC, Dubai, to recruit an experienced Investment Advisor with a broad exposure to various asset classes. This position reports directly to senior management, making the successful candidate a crucial figure within the company. The role demands a deep understanding of investment products.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Investment Committee (IC) and Relationship Managers (RMs) to develop relevant products and mandates tailored to clients' risk profiles.
• Support RMs during client meetings and queries as needed.
• Assess investment ideas with the Investment Committee and oversee portfolio management, focusing on both strategic and tactical asset allocation.
• Utilize research to provide weekly reports, ensuring clients and RMs stay informed about market activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines in all activities.

Key Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies, along with a strong background in creating multi-asset structured products.
• Experience in assisting relationship managers and presenting to both senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated strong leadership abilities.
