Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Seed Investor. The Seed Investor will be responsible for sourcing and analyzing potential deals, conducting due diligence, developing financial models, negotiating term sheets, and managing a portfolio of investments. The position will be located in Dubai, but some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Experience in early-stage investments, venture capital, or private equity
• An understanding of the startup ecosystem in the GCC,Middle East, and North Africa region
• An ability to source, evaluate, and conduct due diligence on deals efficiently
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience in negotiating term sheets and working with legal documents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• English Language is a must
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus

Investment

We are looking for three serious investors who are willing to make an investment of $200,000 USD each, securing an 11% ownership equity for each in the company.
