Description:
Looking for Invoicing Specialist for Abu Dhabi.
Knowledge / Experience (Skills):
- Min 3-5 years oil and gas industry experience providing project administrative and support role
- Advanced MS office software (Excel, Word, power point) skills
- Experience on ARIBA portal is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and generate accurate and timely invoices in line with the PMC invoicing procedures.
- Work closely with Project Controls, Project Management, and other relevant departments to gather information necessary for invoicing.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all invoices, receipts, and related financial documentation in the appropriate project folders.
- Collaborate with the credit and collections team to address any outstanding payment issues.
- Maintain invoice registers up to date for Management Review.
- Generate ICV claim invoices on timely manner.
- Maintain record of Insurance certificates and PBG expiry for all ongoing projects.
- Familiarize ARIBA portal for uploading the invoices and reviewing the status.
- Attend Meetings with client and project support team as and when required.
