Description:
Main Purpose
- Reporting to the Brand Director, the jobholder is responsible to ensure the brand performance for the entire region within all IR channels.
- He/she is the main point of contact for the entire commercial activities and the warrant to ensure the brand strategy at market level.
Key Reponsibilities
- Strategy
- In collaboration with the Brand Director, he/she will build the commercial market strategy in the region.
- Relevant business opportunities across the region.
- Provide insights from the market on competition and industry trends.
- Commercial Performance
- Set sales targets
- Analyze the market’s KPI’s and identify priority actions to achieve targets and business growth.
- Lead the partner to achieve the sales target and business growth.
- Develop along with the Mkt department action plans to boost sales.
- Develop and adapt a client strategy focusing on recruiting new clients and retaining existing ones.
External network
- Ensure the implementation of the brand strategy with each partner.
- Ensure sales target are achieved and monitor the sales situation (SI, SO, replenishment, stock).
- Monthly meeting with Partners, including sales report preparation and analysis.
- Diffuse a client centric mindset within the teams and ensure the client KPIs are achieved.
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in the UAE Mobily IR channel industry.
- Strong understanding of wholesale client experience required.
- Strong display of emotional intelligence.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, follow up and problem-solving skills required.
- Strong analytical skills, results driven.
- Proficiency in English. Arabic not mandatory but is a plus.
- Position Based in Dubai, UAE.
