Job Role:

• Perform the installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations and other related equipment and devices Support users in their daily activities and ticket management.
• Ensure the office IT infrastructure is always available Demonstrated technical proficiency in LAN, WAN, Network Management and security.
• Knowledge of Office 365 Administration
• Troubleshooting of hardware and software
• Home Country Experiences are welcomed.
