Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Previous experience in desktop support or technical support roles
• Providing technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Diagnosing and resolving desktop, laptop, and peripheral problems.
• Setting up and configuring new workstations and user accounts.
• Maintaining an inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
