  • Be the guardian of our IT systems - servers, workstations, CCTVs 📹 - you'll monitor them, troubleshoot issues 🛡️, and keep them secure 💪
  • Become a technical wizard - troubleshoot & resolve a wide range of user issues 🧑‍💼 (think software woes 🤯, network gremlins 👾, and more!)
  • Be a hardware & software pro - manage our IT equipment & licenses 🧰, and keep everything up-to-date ✨
  • Maintain a stellar network - keep it running smoothly 🌐 and secure 🔒
  • Be a user champion - manage accounts & permissions, and help everyone navigate the IT world 🧭
  • Document everything 📝 - keep a record of your IT heroics 🏆 for future reference

What You'll Bring to the Table: (Your Skills & Qualifications):

  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or something similar 🎓
