Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Reports to: Operations Manager – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a skilled IT Field Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support to our clients across the UAE. If you have strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (computers, printers, peripherals, etc.).
- Diagnose technical problems, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Respond to service requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document and track support activities in the ticketing system.
- Conduct hardware/software upgrades and provide user training.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in UAE (field support role).
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCITP are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices for incident and problem management.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
