Description:
As an IT Project Manager at Swyt, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our comprehensive IT solutions to SMEs in the MENA Region. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing various IT projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met effectively and efficiently. Your focus will be on delivering our 360-degree IT-as-a-Service solutions to businesses, encompassing employee on/offboarding, device and app management, IT equipment security, and real-time IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and scale Swyt IT Support:
- Recruit and build a skilled and customer-focused IT support team
- Develop comprehensive IT support service offerings for SME clients
- Implement standardized processes and workflows for effective issue resolution
- Monitor and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), FCR and C-Sat
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet growing support demands
- Implement relevant IT support tools and technologies for improved productivity (automation)
Project Management:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in coordination with the Sales and Engineering teams
- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with our established methodology and best practices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics regularly
- Generate status reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management
IT partnership management:
- Work in sourcing the best procurement catalogs for IT hardware, software, and services
- Evaluate potential partners and manage relationships to secure cost-effective supply
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Familiar with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in an IT-as-a-Service environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
