Description:

Project Manager’s responsibilities

· Experience of project implementation in Oracle Fusion Financials & projects at least for 3 projects

· Experience in the project implementation in other ERP Implementations solutions like SAP

· Coordinate with Oracle Fusion SCM Project Managaer

· Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs

· Experience in delivering multiple ERP and Procurement implementations across large complex environments with multiple stakeholders (mandatory).

· Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

· Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress including data migration. Act as an internal quality control check for the project

· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

· Manage day-to-day P2P and operational aspects of projects to ensure project documents are complete, current, and signed-off by all stakeholders

· Establishes proper communication channels with various business functions and responds appropriately to all business concerns

· Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is a pre-requisite

· Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.

· Accountable for meeting agreed-upon scope, schedule and quality measures.

· Provides on-site management, functional, and technical expertise toward meeting project deliverables.

· Recognizes possible solutions to business problems and selects the most appropriate solution.

· Challenges current business practices and proposed solutions to ensure the best alternative is being selected

· Engages with global business process owners to define business requirements, draft test cases and cut-over activities

· Track and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

· Report and escalate to management as needed.

· Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

· Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

· Implements change practices.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Reports on Projects and programs handled.

· Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar applications.

· Strong technical background and understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management methodologies.

· Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and control project risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing the impact on project timelines, budget, and quality.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, testers, and infrastructure specialists, to ensure smooth project execution. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment to drive successful project outcomes.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate cross-functional teams.
