It Specialist

We are in search of an enthusiastic IT Specialist to be part of our team. This role requires an individual who will be taking care of our IT infrastructure and resolving technical problems. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both Russian and English languages, hold a valid driving license, demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and possess a deep interest in technology.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9:30 - 18:30

Salary Range: Competitive plus bonuses

Main Purpose & Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, such as servers, software systems, and network devices.

• Negotiate with service providers to ensure we have the best possible outcome from sub-contractors and suppliers.

• Ensure there is data security and functional backup procedures in place.

• Develop technical documentation such as diagrams, policies, and procedures to facilitate better understanding.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and tech advancements, and provide feedback regarding improvements.

Qualifications:

• Candidates with relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications will be highly preferred.

Proficient in networking technologies and protocols.

Skills:

• Proficiency in English and Russian languages

• Possess a valid driving license

• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure management.
