Description:
The Broadcast-IT Support Engineer provides comprehensive technical support through hotline, remote, and onsite interventions, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
π Hotline Support: Answer calls, log issues, and resolve problems over the phone.
π» Remote Support: Troubleshoot issues, perform software installations, updates, and configurations.
π οΈ Onsite Support: Visit sites to troubleshoot, install, and configure IT equipment.
π Proactive & Preventive Maintenance: Monitor systems, implement updates, conduct health checks, and follow maintenance schedules.
π οΈ Curative Maintenance: Diagnose and repair issues, restore normal operations, and document recurring problems.
π¬ Customer Service: Maintain high customer satisfaction, provide training, and build strong relationships.
π Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare performance reports, and update technical documentation.
π€ Team Collaboration: Work with project managers and engineers, share knowledge, and participate in team meetings.
π Continuous Learning: Stay updated with IT trends, attend training, and obtain certifications.
