It Support Engineer

 

Description:

Should have:

 

  • Mandatory Application knowledge: Opera PMS, Simphony and any ITSM Tool like Serivce desk, Service now.
  • Basic knowledge on Windows server operating system including Active Directory
  • Good knowledge on the Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge on network standards, web applications and software installation

 

Responsible for:

 

Managing the portfolio of application systems software:

  • L1/L2 of Business Applications (Opera, Simphony, Spasoft, Club On, PacSoft).
  • Speedy resolution of the day-to-day issues pertaining to business applications
  • Monitoring the ITSM tool and resolving the requests.
  • Coordinating with vendor for resolving the L2/L3 request.
  • Monitoring of systems to maintain the committed Systems Uptime

 

Minimum 3 years of hospitality experience in a 5-star hotel.

Candidate should possess a degree or diploma in computer applications and relevant IT certification. Should have good verbal and business communication skills.
