Roles and Responsibilities
The new recruit will be joining the IT Support team as a Junior IT Support Specialist. The main responsibilities include:
- Providing first-line technical support to end-users via Microsoft Teams, phone, email, and in-person for issues related to Laptop, hardware, software, network connectivity, and other IT systems.
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Setup of Conference Rooms for Meetings and presentations.
- Setup of Welcome note for Guest visitors.
- Monitoring and maintaining the IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Documenting IT support processes and maintaining knowledge base articles.
- Assisting with IT projects and initiatives as needed by the organization.
Required Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common business software applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2012 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FNO).
- Experience in managing and maintaining Firewall, Servers, CCTV, NAS Storage, Printers.
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and basic networking concepts.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously expand IT knowledge.
