Hiring IT Systems Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware and Software Maintenance:
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and applications.
- Collaborate with vendors and central IT teams for equipment procurement and issue resolution.
End User Support:
- Provide support to end users, addressing hardware and software issues.
- Set up desktop computers, printers, scanners, and handheld devices.
- Create and update IT tickets for issue tracking.
- Escalate issues exceeding SLA to the IT Manager.
System Administration:
- Serve as a technical expert in system administration for various operating systems.
- Configure operating systems and system applications.
- Customer Follow-Up:
- Ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
- Prepare reports for the IT Manager.
IT Systems Functionality:
- Troubleshoot IT problems and ensure proper IT operation.
- Coordinate with various IT teams to meet SLAs.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical support across the organization, including remote offices.
- Address support needs in person, remotely, or over the phone.
Onboarding/Offboarding Support:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with HR and central IT departments.
Equipment Deployment and Inventory:
- Configure and deploy IT equipment and devices.
- Maintain an inventory across locations.
- System Performance and Maintenance:
Qualifications:
- Significant knowledge of technologies and management information systems.
- Experience in IT service management solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Office 365.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for PC and hardware issues.
- Experience and certifications in Windows system administration (Active Directory, Exchange, ADFS, SCCM, IIS, MSSQL).
