Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Configuring and supporting end-user email.
- ·Handling end-user user profile migration and PC migration.
- Supporting print management.
- Providing technical support for LAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
- Performing regular system updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Collaborating with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that support the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Providing technical support for Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS platforms.
- Offering technical support for Smartboards, AV, and CCTV.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in a similar role.
- IT Certification in a related field.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
