Position: Italian Cuisine Chef

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Italian dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Create new menu items while maintaining authenticity.
• Oversee kitchen operations and manage food preparation.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff in Italian culinary techniques.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet our standards.
• Manage inventory and control food costs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Italian Cuisine Chef.
• In-depth knowledge of Italian culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
• Creativity in designing Italian dishes and menus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary Budget:

We are offering a competitive salary in the range of AED 4,000 – 4,500 per month all inclusive, commensurate with experience and skills.
